Returns & Conditions of Release

All releases are considered final.

The Whisky Archive offers bottles of a limited and collectible nature, often sourced from private collections. Once acquired, they form part of private holdings and are not routinely re-circulated.

Due to the age and provenance of many releases, labels, capsules, cartons, and presentation packaging may show signs of natural wear. Fill levels may vary slightly as a result of long-term storage and natural evaporation.

These characteristics are considered part of the bottle’s history and are reflected in its presentation. Customers are encouraged to review all images carefully prior to purchase.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, or on the basis of condition, cosmetic wear, packaging variation, presentation differences, or fill level.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence may be requested to assess the claim.

Where appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing within this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
