All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

Delivery is currently available within Victoria only.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order value. Complimentary shipping may be extended to selected releases at the Archive’s discretion.

Each bottle is prepared for transit with considered care, reflecting the nature of the releases offered.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. During release periods or periods of increased demand, processing times may vary.

Tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes depend on the selected carrier and destination. While estimated delivery windows may be provided, transit times remain outside the control of The Whisky Archive once an order has been entrusted to the carrier.

Additional transit cover may be applied to selected high-value releases at the Archive’s discretion.

Age Verification

An adult aged 18 years or over must be present to receive delivery. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

The Whisky Archive reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel fulfilment where age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.

Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, damaged in transit, or believed to be lost, please contact The Whisky Archive as soon as reasonably practicable so that appropriate enquiries may be made with the carrier.
