Returns & Refunds Policy
Resolution is considered with care.
The Whisky Archive specialises in rare, limited, and collectible releases. Due to the nature of these bottles, all acquisitions are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is otherwise subject to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, cosmetic wear, packaging variation, label condition, presentation differences, or natural fill-level variation associated with age and long-term storage.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a release arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact The Whisky Archive within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and order details may be requested to assist with assessment.
Where appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at the discretion of The Whisky Archive and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Lost Deliveries
If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the delivery provider, The Whisky Archive will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing within this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is found to have a major failure or does not meet statutory consumer guarantees, remedies will be provided as required by law.
