Tasting Notes

• Nose: Fresh grassy notes lead into caramelised apple, warm cinnamon and tropical fruit, with a particularly ripe mango character.
• Palate: Dark chocolate and vanilla develop alongside nutmeg, pear preserve and a soft, buttery pastry character.
• Finish: Fresh orchard fruit and floral notes linger with caramelised nuts and gentle sweetness.
