Distilled at Highland Park and bottled in 2023 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Cooper’s Choice range, this single cask Orkney release was initially matured in American oak before receiving a finishing period in an ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Bottled at 56% ABV without chill filtration and with natural colour retained, it combines Highland Park’s distinctive heather smoke and honeyed spice with deeper layers of raisin sweetness, dried fruit richness, and warming sherried character. Drawn from single cask #498, the release was limited to only 306 bottles worldwide.
