Tasting Notes

• Nose: Soft peat smoke, orchard fruits, vanilla, honey, gentle malt sweetness and light floral notes.
• Palate: Creamy malt, citrus, baked apple, sweet oak and mellow peat developing alongside delicate spice.

Named after the Latin word for "to smoke," Fumāre was created to explore the marriage of Speyside fruitiness with restrained peat influence. Rather than overwhelming smoke, it delivers a measured balance of sweet malt, orchard fruit and gentle peat, making it an approachable introduction to lightly peated Speyside whisky. Bottled without chill filtration, each bottle is individually numbered as part of the 18,000-bottle release.
